Phase 1. The Consultation

Phase 2. Design & Development
This is where your vision takes shape. We handle the technical heavy lifting! From architectural reviews of blueprints and electrical planning to custom millwork design. For specific rooms, we provide detailed elevations and finish schedules, ensuring every square inch is accounted for before a single hammer swings.
Phase 3. Sourcing & Selection
We guide you through the overwhelming world of finishes. We personally accompany you to local showrooms to select tile, slab, and plumbing fixtures. Our goal is to expedite the decision-making process while ensuring every material selected is of the highest quality and fits the aesthetic of your home.
Phase 4. Procurement & Logistics
Leave the details to us. We manage the entire purchasing process, including ordering, tracking, and managing freight. Our team handles any damages and coordinates professional warehousing and installation, so the only thing you have to do is enjoy the final reveal.
Phase 5. Project Oversight
We act as your advocate from start to finish. By providing fixed-percentage design fees or hourly management, we offer cost predictability and full project oversight. We maintain constant communication with contractors and vendors to ensure the design is executed exactly as intended.
